Shipping Conditions

1. Shipping Providers

We ship our products exclusively with Swiss Post and Liechtenstein Post. (Swiss Post Shipping Conditions)

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with PostPac Priority. The parcel will be placed in your mailbox or at a suitable location.

3. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Orders with a purchase value of CHF 60 or more are shipped free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders under CHF 60, a shipping fee of CHF 7 will be charged.

4. Delivery Time

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days after payment receipt. Shipping follows immediately thereafter.

Swiss Post usually delivers PostPac Priority shipments within 1–2 business days after handover to the carrier.

In case of delays due to force majeure, strikes, or similar circumstances, we will inform you promptly.

Note regarding refrigerated products: If your order includes one or more products that require refrigeration, shipping will not take place on Fridays or the day before a public holiday. In such cases, the entire order will be shipped on the following business day or Monday to ensure a consistent cold chain and product freshness during transit.

5. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will include a tracking link to monitor your shipment at any time.

6. Important Notice on Address Verification

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. When using fast payment options like PayPal, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, an outdated or incorrect address may be automatically used.

Changes to the shipping address are not possible after the order is completed. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or returns, which may result in additional costs for the customer.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

8. Return Costs for Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. These costs will either be offset against the original shipping fee or invoiced separately.

9. Liability for Loss or Damage

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is governed by the terms of Swiss Post and applicable legal regulations. Shipments with PostPac Priority are insured up to a value of CHF 500 by Swiss Post. Once the parcel has been deposited at the intended delivery location, we are no longer liable for loss or damage.

For all shipping methods: claims for compensation must be submitted to us in writing within eight days of delivery. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
